David “Elaine” Alt produces and directs Jazz Combustion Uprising.
Elaine studied Clarinet, Composition and Conducting at the Manhattan School of Music, New England Conservatory, the Pierre Monteux School for Conductors and Orchestra Musicians and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Elaine is the proprietor at Flaming Hakama Design Consultancy, which encompasses audio production as well as user-oriented technology development and martial arts fashion design.
